What do I need to bring with me to the show?

Shortly after placing your order you should receive an email receipt confirming your purchase. THIS EMAIL RECEIPT IS YOUR PROOF OF UPGRADE. Print it out or display it on your phone at the Falling In Reverse merch tent at the show. Don't forget to also bring your General Admission ticket.


How do I pick up my autographed book jacket?

Bring your VIP Upgrade email receipt (printed or displayed on your phone) to the Falling In Reverse merch table at the show to redeem.


I received an email from PayPal, but didn't receive my upgrade email. What should I do?

Simply login to the user account you created during checkout and click "view order history". Print this out and use it as your proof of VIP upgrade.


The name on my email receipt doesn't match my ID. Is that ok?

No problem. We understand that often times VIP upgrades are purchased as gifts, or other situations arise. 


Can I get a refund for my VIP upgrade?

Due to their limited nature, all VIP upgrades are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
