Shortly after placing your order you should receive an email receipt confirming your purchase. THIS EMAIL RECEIPT IS YOUR VIP TICKET. You'll also need to bring your General Admission ticket with you.
I received an email from PayPal, but didn't receive my upgrade email. What should I do?
Simply login to the user account you created during checkout and click "view order history". Print this out and use it as your VIP upgrade ticket.
The name on my email receipt doesn't match my ID. Is that ok?
No problem. We understand that often times VIP upgrades are purchased as gifts, or other situations arise. All you need to do is bring a copy of your email receipt to VIP check-in before the show along with your General Admission ticket.
Is there an age limit for the VIP event?
The VIP event is all ages. However, some concert venues impose their own age restrictions so please check with them if you're concerned.
Can I accompany a minor to the VIP event without buying a VIP upgrade?
You are allowed to accompany a minor without buying a VIP upgrade, but you must at least have a General Admission ticket to the concert. Otherwise the concert venue will not allow entry. Please note that parents / guardians accompanying minors will not be allowed to take part in the meet and greet ect. without purchasing an upgrade.
Can I get a refund for my VIP upgrade?
Due to their limited nature, all VIP upgrades are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. However, you are welcome to re-sell your upgrade.
What time do I need to arrive for the VIP event?
The VIP meet and greet event will take place 1 hour before doors open for the show. Here's how it works...
1. Arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes BEFORE the time listed below. Don't be late, and be sure to bring a copy of your VIP email ticket. (Printed or displayed on your phone)
2. A Periphery representative will meet you at the venue entrance.
3. Upon entering the venue you will be given your poster and escorted to the meet and greet.
