When do I need to arrive for the VIP event?

The VIP event usually starts 1.5-2 hours before doors open for the show. Exact timing will be emailed to you close to your show date and will also be posted here.

What do I need to bring with me to gain entry?

Shortly after placing your order you should receive 2 email receipts confirming your purchase - one from us and one from PayPal. THE EMAIL RECEIPT FROM US IS YOUR PROOF OF VIP UPGRADE. Simply print it out or display on your phone day of show. You'll also need to bring your General Admission ticket with you.

I received an email receipt from PayPal, but didn't receive my upgrade email. What should I do?

Please allow up to 1 hour after completing your order for our email to arrive. If after an hour you still haven't received it, simply login to the user account you created during checkout here and click "View Your Order History". Print this out and use it as a replacement proof of VIP Upgrade. Or you can email us and we'll resend it to you.

The name on my email receipt doesn't match my ID. Is that ok?

No problem. We understand that often times upgrades are purchased as gifts, or other situations arise. All you need to do is bring a copy of your email along with your General Admission ticket.

Is there an age limit for the event?

The event is all ages. However, some concert venues impose their own age restrictions so please check with them if you're concerned.

Can I accompany a minor to the event without buying an upgrade?

You are allowed to accompany a minor without buying an upgrade, but you must at least have a General Admission ticket to the concert. Otherwise the concert venue will not allow entry.

Can I get a refund for my upgrade?

Due to their limited nature, all upgrades are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. However, you are welcome to re-sell your upgrade. Just make sure they get a copy of your VIP Upgrade email receipt, and that you notify us of the change at support@flysouthvip.com.
